$2,683 A Month Part II. Making Money Online Without Adsense.

Introduction:
This is the finale of a 2 part post about how you can make money online without using adsense. Just wanted to shout out to all the newcomers on the blog coming from a variety of different places. And now without pimping my blog too much its time to get back to how to make MONEY ONLINE! In the last part I kinda left you guys hanging without giving you the final 2 ways I used to achieve my $2,683 without adsense.
Site Sales:
Now as many of you do know I own a LARGE proxy network consisting of over 150 sites. I started with 50 and just added the other 100 a few days ago. As we all know there was recently a PR update and in this update my 50 sites had all achieved PR. Now the highest PR I got was 4, and the lowest a 2. This blog actually got a 2 with so many links pointing to it! Anyway, before and after the PR update I was busy selling sites.
There were 3 types of sites that I sold.
- TurnKey Sites
- Proxy Sites
- Proxy Sites Converted into Directories.
Turnkey Sites:
If you read this post, you can see that I was/am selling site packages in groups of 5 for $10 each. These sites make people money because they have adsense on them. They are great if you have the server space and if you take like 50 of them you can start earning about a dollar from the network. Not bad at all, these aren’t the kind of sites that you should depend on if you need the income asap, these are more like the extra cream you put in your coffee. They are nice to have but you shouldn’t expect to make a living off of them. Revenue: $300
Proxy Sites:
These are my bread and butter where I get my daily income from. I didn’t really want to sell them, but lets just say I had some friends that read a few posts and they wanted in, they were too lazy to make their own, and insisted I sell them some of mine. Nothing much I could there, so I had to sell them. They didn’t really pay top dollar but what can you do eh? Revenue: $700
Proxy Sites Converted into Directories:
This is one of those things that you look back on and realize what an idiot you are. I thought that because my domains now had PR I should convert them into directories and try to sell listings and than try to sell the directory. HUGE MISTAKE! If you don’t know what your doing stay the hell away from it. Luckily I wasn’t that stupid and only sold one, I actually only got one bid for $50 a sold it ASAP. Revenue: $50
$1050 = Total Revenue from Site Sales, that $50 will haunt me forever.
Now lets move onto Link Sales, be forewarned that link sales didn’t make me that much this month, but next month you should see a HUGE increase.
Link Sales:
As you know I Run proxies (How long till you get tired of heraing that?). Anyway people email me and ask for links to be placed on them. Most of these are Myspace Related sites, or sites targetting kids. People like them because proxies GET LOTS AND LOTS OF TRAFFIC. I didn’t advertise that I was selling links, but people contacted me. Revenue: $350
I have now started to actively sell links on my sites. Both through forums and Text Link Ads.

Where to Change Your Myspace Profiles
Congratulations on the first review being bought by Jellymuffin.com. The site is a MSRS. Or better known as a MySpace Resource Site in the webmaster dictionary. On myspace they are probably referred to as “that site where you can get the glitters”.
What can you do:
Using the site you can tweak your own myspace profile. As this blog started out as a site for proxy webmasters to make money, I belive that understanding how a MSRS site works is a great idea for you since it is a complimentary site to Myspace.
The Site:
The site layout at Jellymuffin.com is great because it actually isn’t going over the top like other sites in this niche that make you want to press the ‘X’ as soon as you open the site. The beauty of this site is that it shows examples of what you can do without making the site actually use the products. Some of these sites actually use the glitter text generators for the text or headings on the site which is just plain oogly.
How do they Make Money?:
Adsense. Nuff’ said. Try to look for the ads, as they are usually very very sneaky 
Getting Closer to that elusive 5k
Since my last update a lot has happened.
On Monday the 5th of March my proxies had the best day ever. A grand total of $90.04, 80 dollars came in from adsense, and the remaining was from Azoogle. Needless to say that day I was estactic! Even though I have not yet reached my goal of $100. I am still hoping to get there soon. But if it keeps snowing and the schools keep closing in America, than it will be tougher.
On the new side of things Im trying to diversify myself, last time we discussed my Funny Videos site. Well in the mean time I bought a arcade, I think this was a wise investment because for the price of $35, I snagged a domain name, and the script. Lets estimate the value of the domain at $10 so I paid $25 for the whole site, it had a custom design, and a fully licensed script. The script alone would have set me back $125! I paid an extra $15 for the original owner to transfer it to me. The reason I wanted this is because I think it would compliment the proxies nicely. I have added links to the arcade from my proxies and the traffic is starting to flow. Even though the site is new! The link for the arcade site is: Here
Another site that I opened was a Youtube Downloader it’s a nice script that I got from God knows where, I’ve had it on my desktop for the longest time and so I finally decided to put it up. In the meantime I found someone on DP that was making free logo’s in return for a link, I gave him a link and hooked me up with what I think is a really nice logo on that site. This site is also linked from my proxies and is getting a nice average of about 40 visits a day. I hope the traffic will pick up once people start sharing it with their friends.
I’ve also bought another site, but we’ll talk about that next time. I have also been asked to guest blog on tech support, once the article goes up I’ll let everyone know!

A little history on Million Dollar Blog.
Whew!
I’m sorry I haven’t updated in a long time but damn have I been busy with this project. First I have been getting alot of questions and comments from people claiming that I have already made a million, that has come from the reviews I have been receiving, I have not yet made my million, I m on my way and will definitely make it but it hasn’t been done yet. The reason that I named this blog the Million Dollar Blog is because hopefully it will show the progress of me making my million.
Now lets get back on track with the project. I have 20 proxy sites at the moment, I opened them 10 at a time. At the moment I have over 5 proxies bringing over 1k unique page views a day. Now it is time to focus on the other 15. The reason I haven’t been posting is because I wanted to wait until I had something of value to post, I believe that this was a good milestone and decided to let you guys know.
I am focusing on one site in particular like crazy. I have had it submitted to over 500 directories for a cost of $25. Not a bad price and hopefully it will bring up my rankings for some of the terms I am hoping to be high for.
Next, I had the header for my page redesigned and have it on all the sites now. Hopefully soon I will pay a designer to make me a new site altogether.
On the main site I submitted it to all the topsites on my own. That was really really long. There was a user on Digitalpoint that does 30 topsites for $3. That is really cheap for the work they do and I pounced on the offer paying for 5 sites upfront and getting a discount. The topsites are important SEO wise and also bring in some traffic as well. My main site is already ranking number 1 on a few them. Speaking of topsites check out http://www.proxycab.info, see the topsites buttons at the bottom with the marque? How the hell does he do that? I tried and its not working on my sites!! Someone help me out.
As for the other sites, Im still going to do them as well but just don’t know when. Hopefully by the end of this week. The sites will all be complimentary to proxies so I can advertise them from my proxies. I am currently advertising http://www.feeree.com which is a funny videos site from all my proxies, but once I get more sites up I will change it.
Also its a Sunday and 3 in the morning here in Pakistan, and so far today I have made 16.00 from adsense which is amazing considering its a SUNDAY which is horrible for proxies! I cant wait till Tomorrow.
Crazy Project in the works. 5k in one month!
Sorry guys and gals for responding to all your comments so late. I have had a crazy last few days. But these last few days will lead to a big day coming soon. This month I hope to cross Five thousand Dollars a month! How do I plan to do this? Please keep reading.
The Following steps will be used to make sure I make the cash I want:
- 100 Proxy Sites
- 100 Automated Blogs/News Sites
- A MSRS type Site
- A Image Hosting Service
- Over 24 Directories Hopefully
The Proxy sites are already in progress, I have already registered 10 domains and the dedicated server has been setup, I got a really good deal on the dedicated server from a reseller of the FDC. This guy handles over 55 servers! And now mine is one of them. He is very experienced with proxies and has already optimized the servers for proxies. I will be uploading these 10 at a time, I dont want to burn myself out here you know. The cost of the server was $209. And the domains will cost me a whopping $0.88 each; I think that is quite possibly the cheapest you can buy a domain online for. I guesstimate each proxy making $1 a day. Leading to $100 a day hopefully! That’s $3,000 right there.
The blogs/news sites are already in progress as well. My Funny Videos site is already up, I am not promoting this at all and already getting about 5 clicks a day and about $0.25. If you times that buy 100 you get about 500 clicks a day and $25 a day. Not bad considering the initial cost will only be $588. This will lead to a minimum of $750 a month from all these sites. I have not started the process of getting 100 yet I want to start the proxies first before I start this. Man it is going to be tough managing 200 domains.
