How Do “How To” Videos Make Money?

If you want to make money the easy way subscribe to my RSS feed, and learn how to make money from your feedreader.

Recently there has been alot of talk about youtube adding a shared-revenue method for people that upload original content. No Im talking about downloading music videos and watermarking to affiliate links like I do. Im talking about real original videos that you either star in yourself or you videotape your friends doing things they’re not supposed to when they think no one is watching.

Before youtube started this revenue sharing model, there were oodles and oodles of sites that would pay you money based on the amount of views that a video you uploaded would generate.

One such person has made over $102,000 just uploading video on “how-to” do various things.

We are living in a world where people have started to believe what Al Gore says. So the youtube generation automatically goes to youtube looking for videos on “how to save the environment” or “how do I properly install a brick in my toilet to save water so that global warming will not be curse on my children” okay so maybe the search terms will not be that long term.

But we are living in a world where even rich people are willing to role their sleeves up and learn “how to cut the grass” there are even video on how to fold towels!

is there anything that you can do to make money out of this? I am sure that you can think of something.
