Someone Doesn’t like me… Blog Heat & Glo Con

For some reason a fellow blogger in the blog O sphere doesn’t like me…
Why the heck would you not like me? I’m the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, and nicest girl if you go to the right late night chatroom’s. 
Now the person who runs this blog is also a member of digitalpoint by the name of GloCon, I personally like Glo-Con, but for some reason he doesn’t like me.
It may have to do with the fact that we both compete in the area of wordpress themes, though I will be the first to admit that I really like GloCon’s realease’s. I have no shame in saying that I like a competitors work.
Now the controversy started when he wrote this blog post about make money online blogs being crap. Fair enough.
Now he says that my blog is crap because:
This blog is actually doing nothing else than taking articles written by John Chow and rewrite them.
Interesting theory, but I doubt it would hold mustard because of the fact that most of my readers are also John Chow readers and I wouldn’t be much of a success if I was just rewriting John’s posts.
Now he goes on to state that if you want to follow in our footsteps do what we do like:
- Tell your readers that you are not older than 10 years old and that you have great tactics on how to make money online. (NEVER DONE THAT)
- Tell them that you are a girl, you don’t have to proof it…most of your readers will just beleive you. (NEVER DONE THAT)
- You don’t need to write original articles, just subscribe to the RSS Feed of the Big “make money online blogs” and write the same things they write about, with your own words. (Hmm, I think this is the one that he thinks I’m Doing??)
- Publish your earnings! It does not matter if you are earning 5$ a month…just make a weekly post where you write something like this: (Actually why dont you take a look at some screenshot with solid proof here, here, here and here)
After that insightful article another, he comes up with another one stating my blog as an example of how your blog readership will go up if you don’t update your blog daily… You can read that post here.
I know what your all thinking. “Why am I giving him link love if he doesn’t like me?” Simple enough, I would still like to bury the hatchet, I got nothing against him.
So drop a nice comment on his blog and say I said hello.
I think that’s enough ranting for now, just wanted to get that out in the open.

Regarding the Worpress themes: I don’t like the fact that you copied my text to advertise your themes.
Regarding John Chow articles: you wrote many articles that he wrote some hours before
Both these things can be proven by browsing your Threads on DP and comparing them to mine (Glo-con) and by browsing John Chow’s articles of 3-4 weeks ago and comparing them to the articles that you wrote in the same time span.
I don’t have anything against you, I’m just writing about I want on my blog and also about content thiefs.
In the last article I wrote, I took your blog as an example because you were the only blogger I came across that stopped blogging for 2 weeks.

Andreas I think you are referring to the time when I discussed the sale of feedburner, and than showed a video from johnchow regarding the release of the agloco viewbar. THe fact that the video came from johnchow was because he had the pre-release, and the feedburner thing was a coincedence, please be more specific with finger pointing.

This guy’s an idiot.
He criticizes your blog for content similar to John Chow’s yet his has less RSS subscribers than your’s and looks identical to John Chows!
His site itself is just a sad directory, I don’t know why you actually bothered to comment on this and waste your readers time. He’s clearly angered you but the guy is nothing more than jealous!
He has absolutely zero intelligence and feels he can connect with his readers by dissing what he calls successful blogs! (I don’t think your’s is successful yet, but he seems to think so!)
