The Cow Gets Dugg… DOWN.

For those of you that don’t know. Johncow.com is the state sponsored knock off of John Chow.com. You may get mad when some people copy your content or site desgin. But not John Chow, he actually gave the Cow a full endorsement and has even linked back to him more than a few times.

In return for knocking off John Chow John Cow now makes a nice solid 2-3k from his blog copying another blog about making money online?! (Something that all of us have been accused of.)

Anyway the Cow is one of the few seo bloggers that has actually NOT been banned by digg. Which brings us to the next part of the story…

I was just browsing thorugh digg, and saw a interesting post about 30 years on Facebook, I thought that it would be a funny thing to look through when I clicked it… and it led to one of my favourite knock off blogs.

The funny thing about the COW is that I *think* this is the 2nd time that he has gott dugg, and both time it has been because of pictures/images… What does that tell us about the Cow?

1. He likes getting Dugg (He must have done this img specially for digg because it was not posted on his blog)
2. He can’t seem to get any of his articles dugg
3. He got a .edu backlink pretty quickly
4. His server can actually NOT handle a digg. (At this time his site is up and down sporadically and it doesn’t seem like its hosted on a dedicated server as promised by his hosting company)

I am in no way hitting out at the COW! I love his site and it is one of the few feeds that I do read. I just thought that since today he made a post making fun of John Chow and Problogger I would do the same to him. Oh yea, and wrote the wrong review for a website he was paid to review? What kinda grass you smoking down there in Wales Cow??
